Participants work on key current issues with their peers from all segments of the produce and nursery industries and interact with an international faculty and recognised industry leaders.
The seminar format incorporates lectures followed by interactive discussion, in-depth case studies, workshops on issues and opportunities, group discussions and guest presentations.

Critical consumer, retail, market, supply chain and industry trends, best practices and leading edge developments, both nationally and from around the world, are discussed and analysed.
A unique and important element of the program is the extensive use of syndicate groups involving participants from different parts of the produce industry in assessing the implications of materials presented, group assignments, workshops, case studies and discussions of industry issues.
